Edwin M. Cook (“Win”) is a third-generation lawyer who specializes in estate planning, including the preparation of wills and trusts, probate and trust administration, and business succession planning. For select clients, Win also handles complex fiduciary litigation matters, including family and business partnership disputes. Prior to joining Djuric Spratt, Win practiced for eight years at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, LLP (formerly Powell Goldstein) and for six years as a sole practitioner.
